and that’s why it’s now the foundation of my business - how I coach, teach, and communicate.
Since making that shift myself, everything changed.
I’ve reclaimed my energy.
I’ve lost 30 pounds.
I’ve built daily rituals I genuinely love—habits I look forward to, because I know they serve me deeply. They aren’t chores… they’re anchors.

Because here’s the thing: your friend can’t tell you what to do.
Your doctor can’t hand you a one-size-fits-all plan.
You are the only one living in your body.
When you choose to listen in, educate yourself, and take intentional action, you start to figure out what truly works - for you.
That’s the work at hand. That’s the path forward.
That’s owning your health.
This really hit home for me when my doctor, during a routine physical, told me my cholesterol was climbing.
I asked him what I should do, and he said, “Eat better and exercise.”
As I drove home, I thought to myself, Well, I think I eat pretty well… and I exercise. But I didn’t go any deeper than that. I checked the box and moved on—without really thinking about it further.

What I was actually eating …
Or, how often I was really exercising …
Or, what more could I be doing to bring down my cholesterol …
When I got the same news at my next physical, I decided I had to think through this more carefully.
I could’ve brushed it off or handed the problem over to a prescription.
But I didn’t. I leaned in. I experimented. I tuned into what else I could shift. And over time - I saw results.
The process wasn’t dramatic. But it was consistent.
Because the truth is, striving for lifelong health and energy doesn’t come from chasing fads or trends. It comes from getting dialed into the basics:

🚶♀️ Move your body daily
😴 Sleep like it matters (because it does!)
🧘♀️ Manage your stress
🧑🤝🧑 Connect with others
🚫 Minimize toxins in your home and body
That’s the foundation. That’s the blueprint.
It might sound simple, but living it takes intention.
